The smoothies are fantastic, but I just tried the "Sweet and Spicy Apple Grilled Cheese" and what a colossal waste of money. $9 (tax included) for tiny pieces of sourdough bread with barely anything inside them. The ingredients/flavours all sound great, and would be if there were enough of them inside the bread slices. Also, the bread was very dry, as clearly this sandwich had been sitting out... more

I prefer Jamba Juice, but this Jugo is located right close to work in the PATH, so I find myself gravitating here every once in a while. Their smoothies are pretty solid - especially the fruity, lactose-free ones. The sandwiches and wraps are typically cold and soggy.

The service here is always fantastic - the staff is always cheery and and friendly no matter how work-grumpy I am.
