Very self important Doctor

I have been one of his patients for way too long, because it is difficult to find new doctors in Calgary. He will always push it by threatening that, if not happy, feel free to leave. I am sure, once the doctor shortage here is over, most of his patients will leave. Not only is he a very basic doctor, he insists that he is always right, and that therefore you have no right to question him in any way - or else you can leave! His receptionist is one of the most incompetent people I have ever met, she does not know how to answer the phone, will put you on hold and forget you are on the line, then wonder why the line is open when she picks it back up. She cannot do anything in the office, he has to do pretty much everything - not sure why she is there. She can not even fax referrals. At this point, he has messed with my health so badly that I am in the process of reporting him to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta. He is dangerously irresponsible and refuses to acknowledge the opinion of anybody save his own.
