Doesn't Provide After Service Followup

Jonescu Roofing did an acceptable installation service. However, after a wintertime of exposure there was some damage to the shingles on the roof. After leaving repeated messages on his 'automated telephone response line' over a 2 month timeframe, I was never given a return phone call. This means 'no warranty'; this means no follow-up care if minor repairs are requested (even with an expectation to pay for the service). Overall poor customer service! Beware!!!
