Nice place, indifferent very slow service. Food when it finally arrived was OK but not to the standard I expected

We had been to Jonathans before and always had an acceptable experience. This time, however, we found the food quality poor and the selection limiting. This restaurant has a great location, ambiance, and staff. Needs a new chef ASAP.

There are very few restaurants still around that can strike a fine balance between great food, ambiance and exceptional service. We celebrated our wedding here 3 years and come back once a year, and while the menu always has great choices, the steak is by far our favourite meal to order. By far, my favourite restaurant that I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic meal.
