My check engine light came on, I gave a call to John Bear I spoke with Tim the Service Supervisor, he was knowledgeable he kept me calm as I was a little freaked out about my new car having a problem. AMAZING i have already put a nice post regarding this and John Bear on my Facebook
Being a regular customer, i.e., purchasing vehicles, and regular maintenance of these vehicles, I am always treated like a valuable customer. In particular, Catherine Ribbero, Tom Athanasiou and Carmen (I don't know his last name), and David Hamm, who unfortunately wasn't present during my last visit. This team of employees I believe are an integral part of your continuous business and success at your dealership. They go the extra mile for me, my spouse as well as friends that I send to your dealership and if not for their superb salesmanship and service, your dealership may not be as successful. I will continue to refer your dealership with confidence!
I recently went to John Bear to get my hybrid serviced. The technician was inexperienced and attempted to sell me on $1800 for repairs. I went to another mechanic to verify the first's claims.
The second mechanic showed the real issue and warned me against getting the recommended work done, which was not needed.
The vehicle has been perfect since without any repairs.
I would 100% not recommend going here for service. Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership.
