El Cheapo = El Sucko.....Worst experience ever

Worst experience EVER. Would not recommend to anybody. They were unprofessional and broke several items while moving, including my 42" plasma TV, a lamp and coffee table. Get this, I moved ACROSS the street and still they managed to F*** up.

What's worse, before the move, they asked me over the phone to declare all the items that would be insured. Obviously, I included my TV. At no time did they tell me that electronics were not included. After the incident, they then told me electronics were not covered.

So essentially, I paid them $300 to break $800 of my possessions. They weren't even decent enough to not charge me for the move!!! Went back and forth with the company. They were very slow to respond (like two weeks kind of slow) and still refuse to reimburse me for the money I paid for the move. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Terrible service and even worse after service!!!
