I bought an XC70 from here last year. The car is great. The aftermarket follow up from the dealership is non-existant. I've been trying to get a small issue dealt with since December. It should have been a two phone call deal. It has now been dragging on for months. After all the days of commuting by bike I figured it's time to get a new (well new to me) car. Volvo of Surrey have put me in my new SUV, or otherwise known as "The Climate Changer".
I'm not a fan of dealing with car salesmen, I might be related to some, it doesn't mean I have to enjoy them but Volvo of Surrey were easy to deal with.
