I recently bought a Lexus 450h lease return. They initial sales person passed me onto someone else who was poor. I told the finance person who were actually helpful sales agents and it seemed to be ignored. They didn't properly clean the car. Once it was scheduled for cleaning the detailed took my things out and threw them on the ground, as evidenced by the mud.
