Terrible Service

I have a 1991 Buick Regal GS with 200,000km at the time of repair. My turn signal switch needed to be replaced with an original, dealer-only part. At the time Jim Gauthier Cadillac was the only choice as they were the only dealership in the city with this specific part. I had my vehicle repaired at a total cost of $380 for parts and labour. After picking up the vehicle I realized that they did not realign the steering wheel after replacing the turn signal switch. This was a great hassle as I returned my vehicle to them and it took them about hour to realign the steering wheel. Once that was finished, I took the vehicle home thinking everything should be all right. Later that evening I was driving only to realize I had no high beams at all. I knew this must have been related to the repair as my high beams were functioning perfectly prior to having my vehicle serviced. I brought my vehicle back to the dealership the next day and it took them four hours to finally fix the problem. Having to come back and forth to the dealership and never receiving an apology is unacceptable, especially for a dealership who claims to pride itself on quality work. I would recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs.

STOP RUN AWAY RUN as fast as you can!!!!

After negotiating a satisfactory deal. The service manager tols us life insurance was required.
UMMMM NOT!!!!
After a somewhat satisfactory settlement we had our Pontiac G6 in to repair a leak that was leaving water in the trunk.
The fix: THEY DRILLED 6 HOLES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE TRUNK OF OUR NEW CAR. For future trouble, they applied Silicone to the tail lights in big lumps.
RUN RUN RUN or enjoy the abuse and absurdity of this dealership
