Neglegent and poor service
I took my 2009 Lexus IS 250 to be wash on Jane Car Wash and ended-up with scraches, dirty glasses, and abuse from the manager (Alex Sheinerman). I asked exterior wash and vacoom and been charged something that I didn’t asked for. To me, the $35 I have been charged is small amount, but, the service I received was neglegent and extremly poor. Simply put, the employees don't care since they are paid very little (posibly cash under the table) and the manager is rude, abnaxious, and violant. I have seen a poor service before, but, I never though contacting BBB for their service and practices. I’ll never go back and I’ll recommend others to avoid this location.

The service is great, the staff is very helpful ,you get good deals and if you ever have a problem the manager is always there to help you.

I brought my 2004 volvo into this place. They cracked the plastic on my passenger door and somehow broke one of the flaps on my vinyl mats. I'll never go back, not even to complain, the workers really didn't seem like they care. If you tipped them, the head cleaner would point it out to the rest of the workers, and they would nod as if it was a signal to do a good job, or at least not break anything in your car.
