Some might go here for the sports, but to be truthful, they have a hidden gem of a kitchen here. All the food on their menu comes out great. It's not ordinary pub food either. This is a real menu with real food ... not just french fries, but real sides and soup too. Service is fast and efficient. It is a pub too, but go there for the food!
Nice bright pub atmosphere. Tables are well placed, and lots of good TV's. This place has good daily specials and Happy Hour and a good selection of beers on tap. (Wine list selection is a bit sparse, but still adequate.) But, the food, although from a limited selection, is not just your usual pub fare. This is more like real restaurant food and has salads and veggies on the menu. The kitchen is obviously staffed with professionals, and like most pubs, the food comes out fast. The food is value priced (e.g. a great New York at great price) but they make up for it with kind of expensive drinks.
I've learned dishing isn't easy, penning brunch reviews isn't always appetizing.
Co-workers once accused me of being too much of a soft-touch, handing out high scores to everyone, generous like Santa at Christmas.
And so I tried to toughen up, be more candid while striving to be balanced and fair.

Service outstanding from the hostesses to the owner to our quick witted server winter. Busy night so service wasn't quick but all staff made up for it in personality. Also so many crazy wing flavors to try. A BIG recommend
Beer is great and Wednesday Wing nights are even better--25 cent wings. The salt and pepper wings are a simple treat. We went here for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup, and the atmosphere was great. Despite it being busy, our server was never too busy for us. Overall one of our favorites.
You can find me here almost every Wednesday night as Jameson's serves up the best wings you can buy for $2.50.What can I say besides they pour a good beer and make delicious wings?
