Amazing Service-Amazing Food
Since the renovations Jack Astors has really stepped up their game, the food is always great and the service is always on time and customer oriented. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone anytime. Try the chicken tenders, best in the city!!
what's the big deal?
just another mediocre restaurant, aimed at families i suppose and younger couples, trying to be trendy, but just overall average.

AMAZING service...
November 14, 2011The service is why I keep going back....meals are served with a smile, in a timely manner no matter how busy. I always order the Nemo and a vailla cola to drink.

September 23, 2011First time at Jack Astors on Mcleod Trial. Being a burger fanatic I was eager to try one. I decided on the Smokey Burger. On my burger list, this would come in in my top 25. It was a good looking burger. Not too much bun encasing a good portion of beef, condiments and toppings. The last time I went to this place was about 5 years ago because the service was so bad. My friend and I must have asked at least 3 different people for refills...AND WE NEVER GOT THEM! We even spoke to a manager or assistant manager and complained and yet still nothing was done. This was the last time I ate there - and I did enjoy the food - our service was absolutely terrible.
