An awful, little man. Horrible customer service
I've been going to It's a shoe repair for a while because he's close to me. Although he is the rudest man I've ever met, the convenience was more important. Not anymore.
This man is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. Not only is he expensive, but he treats you like complete garbage if you ask any questions, or ask him to repair something in a different way. He has yelled at me for the last time.
I know it's awful to say, but I hope he goes out of business.

October 24, 2011Been going to this guy for years. Never had a problem. Spent $40 on new treads and heel clips. The first time I wore them out, the heel clip fell off. I returned to him and explained the situation. He immediately became defensive and rude. He told me it was my fault 'I was too h@!%!*n my shoes.' Awful experience at "it's a shoe repair"
September 08, 2008My shoes entrusted to the owner of "It's A Shoe Repair" for a simple repair were returned to me mangled. After asking for a refund (simply for the cost of the services rather than the cost of the now unwearable shoes), the owner refused and told me that it was my problem, and I was welcome to complain "somewhere else."
