Milked my insurance ... Left me toothless

First couple of cleanings were fine, but soon started to see disturbing patterns for recommending or doing unnecessary dental work in order to collect more fees!

For instance, even though I would visit for a simple cleaning, I was pressured into X-Rays, just so she could charge my insurance a couple extra hundred bucks.
Later on, from X-Rays, she recommended a filling, saying to me "Congratulations on your first Cavity". I researched, and found that only 50% of cavity assessments using X-Ray are accurate. But Yasmin Ismail-Juma instills HIGH PRESSURE SALES techniques and finds some way to do work while it may not be necessary.

I should have seen the warning signs: ASKING HER ADMIN STAFF TO FIND OUT ALL of MY INSURANCE COVERAGE, so that she can start milking my insurance company by recommending treatments I don't need, instead of just providing health care to me as a patient. I should have said something, but didn't and this turned out to be a VERY BIG MISTAKE.

On a separate instance, she messed up the routine filling job. Then to fix her ERROR, SHE OFFERED TO PERFORM A FREE ROOT CANAL. She botched that job also (and in fact, we learned charged our insurance plan - VERY DECEIVING). It turns out she was learning how to do Root Canals, and practiced on me like a test subject. I REGRET MEETING THIS DENTIST, because it resulted in a needle being stuck in my gums permanently.

The DENTIST's DECISION ARE NOT BASE ON CLIENT's WELFARE, BUT RATHER FOCUSES ON TWO THINGS: 1) how more fees can be collected, and 2) and perform more procedures, even learn or practice on innocent patients.

BEWARE: I feel demeaned, CANNOT TRUST Yasmin Ismail-Juma. SHAME ON THE DENTAL PRACTICE!
