They look friendly before buysing, but when theyy screw your account they are rude and cynica,Negligence

I purchased different items including a bike, they guy who sold me this that even when I purchased other items all would be in the same Accord finance. I ade a second purchase and guess what they didnt honor the promise. I have come to the store already 4 times, each time there is an excuse, the owner not there, I contacted the owner by email, no response yet after 2 attempts, they lost the file on my bill and now I have to pay late fees, not response yet and now I have to pay ate fees? The people were rude, why?After making this mistake that is the least you should expect.
