Fantastic Service
Before being a customer at International Pool and Spa in Oshawa I was dealing with a competitor who had installed our pool in 2006. About 4 years ago a piece that attached our pump to the pool broke. Not knowing how to fix it I contacted the people who installed it to come out. After many no shows by them I went in to International near tears as my daughter’s birthday/pool party was in 2 days and my pool was a swamp. I spoke to John, the manager, and showed him pictures of my problem. Not only did he take the time to show me how to fix the problem myself for just a few dollars he also loaned me (free of charge) a secondary pump and filter to help ready my pool for the party. My pool was sparkling by the day of the party and I can't thank him enough. Since then my husband and I have never been back to the store that we were originally dealing with and International continues to be fantastic with their customer service. We have dealt with many of the people that John employs at the Oshawa location and the customer service has been outstanding every time. They have always taken the time to help me and I have always left the store feeling like a valued customer. Thank you International Pools in Oshawa for reminding me that great customer service is still out there. Keep up the great work. Susan Thom
Big Selection
Staff are very helpful. Selection is one of the best for the Durham area. Areas for improvement: 1) Whenever I come in to get chlorine refill I'm often waiting 10+ minutes 2) Prices are average and more sales could help.
These guys are GREAT
I bought a hot tub from International Pool and Spa store in Oshawa. John and his staff treated me great and I love the product - highly recommend them!

I would like to give 0 stars but am unable through this site.
First thing first, at the end of last pool season our pump died. The very helpful guys that were closing the pool looked at it and suggested it could be an easy fix and to let them know at the beginning of the next season.
I started calling in March letting them know I would need my pump fixed, they told me I had to open my pool...

Helpful at thornhill location
June 04, 2010I found the staff at International Pool & Spa Centers Thornhill location very helpful. Aside from the assistant manager who know longer works there. The manager and his team are very helpful and easy going. They always provide rapid pool testing even on busy days like Saturday or Sunday. Very unhappy with purchase of new spa.
May 18, 2010Here I am up at 4:30am because I am so stressed over the purchase of a new spa for $11047. We purchased the spa during their Easter Weekend Sale. We were told 3 weeks for delivery, and we purchased brand new and chose the options we wanted and took their financing deal. When the 3 weeks were up I called to see when the tub would be delivered.
