What? can you say that again?.....what?
September 10, 2011Employee who answered the phone seemed very distracted and required me to repeat myself numerous times to explain what I was looking for. Finally after having to "spell" it out for him literally, He forgot within 5 seconds and asked me to repeat it again....... Sorry they lost my business today.
