Roof Was Installed By A Professional?

I reside in Vancouver BC Canada and hired Interlock Industries to install a new roof. In addition, they were to install a new flat roof to an area covering my carport, which looked terrible after the job was completed. The edges of the roofing material were not cut straight and appeared to be flimsily glued on. The whole job looks unsightly. To make things worse, the material they used began to blister and make big air pockets.

Upon contacting the company only 2 days after installation, they sent a quality control person to my home named 'Todd' who assured me that he will have the whole sub roof facing off the balcony re-done, and that the work done up top was an 8/10 in his book. He also claimed that the large air pockets form so the material can breathe, however it looks awful and does not appear like anything I had seen in the photographs on this company’s adverts shown on their website. Todd said that his workers were out of town but he would phone me promptly to book an appointment to have the unsightly roof fixed. That was at the beginning of September, it is now November and Todd nor his crew bothered to make an appointment and after several phone calls to him, he has brushed me off with various excuses. I have posted photographs of Interlock Industries' (BC) work, to show you all what a brand new roof from this company looks like and you can judge for yourselves. I for one am unhappy and would not advise anyone to deal with them, as I have had the runaround, and find them extremely unprofessional.

***Edit. The day after posting this review Interlock Industries returned and fixed the unsightly roof over the car port. The job was done well this time, and looked good. I was pleased they finally did the job right the second time.
