Under satisfied...

We were a bit reluctant to hire I.C.E and we should of found someone else. As we ended up paying the manditory $140 for inspection, and it appeared that the technician didn't want to do anything but inspect the areas. Nothing was resolved and potential small jobs were turned into huge jobs.
