Poor customer service
A yearlong affiliation and relationship ended due to misinformation and lies. I have taken my dog to both the lessons and daycare.
I purchase a package deal of 20 visits for the daycare in order to save money ($400). Pam and I had an understanding that the usual 2 month time limit would not apply as I can't always bring my dog in every week due to early shifts, out of town, etc.
After 5 months I went to pick up my dog and I am suddenly charged and told my visits expired with no warning. I had 4 visits left, which at $25 at time is $100 they are ripping me off. I don’t understand how they are suddenly enforcing this, months after the fact.
I tried to explain this to 'Joy' but she would not work with me or negotiate and when I said I guess I wouldn't bring my dog there anymore she said that was fine with her. She referred the original agreement from last year when you begin to take your dog there.
Considering this business is being run out of someone's basement I don't think they can really afford to be losing clientele, especially since I've spent almost $900 there in the last year.
I requested Pam call me back with no response so far.
I would suggest taking your dog to another business, one that cares about customer loyal, has good customer service and business sense.
There has been complaints to the better business bureau that have gone unanswered as well.
I am quite disappointed in their behavior and treatment of me as a customer.

Wow! I have the best puppy even now! We learned so much over these past 6 weeks- and feel equipped to continue training Dash as she grows up.
I would highly recommend this program to anyone with a dog.
The hands on assistance in the classroom was great, Pam taught us how to teach our dogs properly. This course has taught me how to understand and teach my dog. I would highly recommend this program to anyone with a dog.
