Stay away!
Processed an order for a "NEW" DVD. One week later I received an e-mail that the DVD didn;t meet their standars of quality in condition. I was also told that my Pay Pal refund will be processed in 24-48 hours. Two weeks later - no refund. I disputed with PP - this company (iNetVideo) tells me to withdraw the dispute and they will refund my $. Yeah right. If they refund then the dispute is settled. Oh yeah - this was over a $9 DVD. Once you withdraw a dispute with PP, you cannot reopen the dispute.
