Luckily I came here before reading the previous reviews lol. In and out car wash is exactly what it is. When I arrived there was quite a line up reaching the street entrance. While In & Out used to be a great full service car wash, the last three times I've gone the staff seem apathetic to customers, the management is disorganized and the finish product on the premium works package is anything short of premium.
