My children and I have been going to Imperial Optical for the last three years. The customer service is absolutely amazing. My daughter broke her frame and they replaced it at no charge with no questions asked. They stand by their warranty. Imperial Optical has a great selection of stylish frames and Ramzi was very helpful in showing me frames that best suited me. He helped me to submit my claim for insurance and I had my glasses quickly and he made sure that they were perfectly fitted before I left. The price was right too. I recommend Imperial Optical to all of my friends.
