Very Poor Customer Service

Just experience some of the worst customer service I have had in quite a while there and will definitely not be using or recommending them to anyone ever again.

Made an appointment with them Monday for Wednesday at 4:00pm, said he had me in his books and we were good to go. Had to leave work early in order to have enough time to get home, grab the car, and fight traffic for 45 min in order to get there on time. I arrive there at 10 to 4 and promptly get sent on my way because apparently the guy he had scheduled to do my car left early and apparently a telephone is a extremely complicated thing to use these days. He continues to try and tell me to come back tomorrow or Friday as they continue to pull other cars onto the rack for an alignment. Not in a mood to fight I just head on my way fighting traffic for another 45 min to get home.

After getting more and more annoyed with the stunt they just pulled on my way home I decide to give him a call once I arrived back home. All I got out of him was one excuse after another, well the guy does not normally take time off, well I did not have your number in my book (I am almost certain that he took it over the phone on Monday, and if he didn't why not?), along with a lot of um's and silent replies. I could not even get a sorry out the guy by the end of the conversation, which would probably have been enough for me to forget about the whole thing and continue to use them for alignments.
