October 23, 2008Too bad they're closed here in Calgary. I have frequented the Hy's in Honolulu and their mouth watering crabcakes, opakapaka and seared ahi. The chef grills your fish/steaks in the middle of the restaurant for your viewing. Yum-O!

We got really good service and we loved it. The sheraton made reservations for us. It was very quiet and our server made sure we had a booth to our selves. It was weird because we are a young couple and every one else seemed older but the waiter put us in a great spot so we could "snuggle" and see the hole restarunt.
