I am very dissapointed with this hair dresser Donna, I went to her the other day to get a relaxerm I asked her to clip the ends ( only clip) not cut, the ends of my hair. This women chopped off my hair, it was uneven, it was extremely short and it lookd like my 4 year old sister did it. I have been to her before however appararently the day I went their she was paying attention or something. Now I have to grow my hair out all over again.. What the hell is wrong with these hairdressers that cant follow simple directions, as in just TRIM the ends, not CUT off my whole head a hair...
