Bad experience! Hygrade came to clean my chimney and did a decent job. But they told me that my chimney was falling apart and would have to be rebuilt. It would cost $2,700 to tear the chimney down and rebuild it. Well, when you get news like that, you get a second (and in my case third and fourth) opinion.

We had Highgrade come out to replace our chimney liner (which was corroding and falling apart) and our chimney cap (which blew off in a storm). They also replaced all the piping from our boiler and hot water heater as it was not sized properly for our chimney liner.
