Hotel is dated
Stayed on Aug 13 & 14, would stay again. Hotel and rooms met all my expectations. Staffs were friendly, we booked with another party and they were able to accomodate us by giving us rooms right across from each other. Pool was nice with the patio. Beware of extra charges - $12.95/day for slow internet and $30/day for parking.

Very long wait for check in
This time technical problem to reach the operator by phone. It means you have to go down to reception
Only one guest at the restaurant. Understandable, when you ask to have your pasta without dressing. Impossible it means that nothing is fresh
I warmly recommend to stay somewhere else. For what Hyatt Montreal offers...

Underwhelming, find something better

This a worn out, dated Hyatt. Decor needs refreshing. The staff are ok. One or two seem to realise they work in the service industry but for the rest this has passed them by.
Arrived at 11pm. No food or room service available. The kitchen was locked up.
The breakfast is poor and extremely expensive ($50 for 2). Go to...
