Had our winter tires and some other maintenance done here around Nov. They left a hammer in the undercarriage jamed beside the exhaust and I just discovered they put a novelty license plate thing on my car without asking! I will not be back and the plate is coming off immediately! Does anyone know how I go about being reimbursed for advertising (j/k - but still not impressed)!

Dropped in mid-afternoon 27 Nov just after a snow storm and spoke to Glen at the service desk. Also previously dealt with Kelly back in early August just prior to a major road trip. On both occasions I was in a bind with some unexpected car issue, but they took care of it on short notice with no questions asked!

Most other garages would have asked me to book an appointment and come back.... more
