May 15, 2011They were so kind when we first checked in, they greeted us and the rooms were clean the beds were great they were also very helpful with directions around the city. The breakfast was good.Good place to stay if you are planning to go out and about around Calgary.

November 10, 2009When we had a look at the website we weren't to sure about Hughes House. The website is a bit outdated so we didn't expect too much...When we arrived we were pleasently suprised! Hughes house is a lovely victorian home in a nice neigbourhood. Kelly is great and offered us a nice glass of wine when we arrived, we stayed... more

Good location
July 19, 2009Walkable distance into town, the facilities were nice and clean, and the breakfast was good. The rooms weren't huge but they were en suite with modern bathrooms. Good kitchen facilities. Kelly is a friendly host and has two dogs in the house with him.
