It was what we expected.
September 07, 2014The room was clean. The bed was firm. When I had questions about the charges on m y credit card, the desk clerk was clearly impatient with me. She may have had the same question a hundred times, but I only asked it for the first time. Her attitude does not compliment the hotel.
