Poor Quality Food and Service
I had supper here recently and came out very disappointed. My steak was overcooked and th sauce was too salty. TO top it off I had the apple tart fo desert which was hot on the outside and compltly forzen on the inside. It had clearly been microwaved, and like all doughs you put in the microwave it became hard as a rock a few minutes after I received it. The waiter did not care to try and make up for our bad experience, but instead brought the bill as fast he could and did not come back to see us until we had put our credit card o the table. Overall bad experience.

Our server was wonderful. Food was on the pricey side, but decent. I also enjoyed the fact that, without asking, I received a side of mayo for my fries.Went with the chicken sandwich. Arugula was not the best choice of greens for the sandwich, and the mango mayo they claimed was on the sandwich was nowhere to be found.

Food & service 5 stars. Ambiance is More a club ambiance even in the dining room. Not enough privacy, but overall excellent!

Decor is very nice and appropriate for a steakhouse -- but the 37" plasmas all around are more Cage Aux Sports territory. A big, thorough cleanup is needed as you can pickup dust on the cubicle sidings easily, and fingermarks are all over.Service is great and very friendly. I would prefer seeing a hostess a little bit more appropriate (ours was 16 and was never told to "stand up straight"...... more

Bonjour, je suis allé manger le samedi 31 juillet pour la premiere fois chez Houston steakhouse. Le steak était succulent, malgré une attente de plus de 30 minutes, mais le reste de l'assiette laissait a désirer : les légumes d'accompagnement étaient pratiquement crus et mes frites clairement réchauffés et trop cuites. C'était pas EXCEPTIONNEL mais correct. J'avais pris un steak avec frites, mais pas de sauce inclus...selon moi c'est inconcevable car la viande en temps que tel goûte pas grand chose sans sauce. Le prix était correct aussi, dans la norme de ses restaurants là ! Faut dire que j'avais encore faim après le souper vu les petites portions. Décor très design ! Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !
