Similiar experience to others I have read on these reviews: waited far longer than promised for the furniture, they messed up the billing, pieces were missing from the product, it was difficult to put together and the customer service left a lot to be desired.
The piece of furniture we bought was relatively cheap so it wasn't a really big deal, but I would NEVER buy anything there again.
Long story short, we waited over 4 months for our furniture and when we got tired of waiting, they refused to give us our money back. To anyone else who has had similar issues, PLEASE contact Service Alberta and file a complaint online at www.servicealberta.ca/1006.cfm and file under the "Unfair Trade Practices" Act. There is an investigation going on with this company for the EXACT reasons you all have stated here and they're going to need as much information as possible about House 2 Home's poor business practices.
