Very disappointing!

April 13, 2010

I had laminate and lino floors installed in my house by Hourigans. The person that helped me select the flooring told me that certain things would be done that were never completed and after numerous phone calls that spanned over months, the manager told me that they never said that they would do them. This was after the company failed to return my calls or discuss my questions on the invoice... more
