ne pas s'aventurer, personnel qui suit tous vos faits et gestes et qui vous soupconne systematiquement. aucun service a la chambre. aller ailleurs serait nettement plus sage. aucun point positif. tout ce qui est decrit dans leur publicite n'est meme pas respecte.
Pire hotel
Réception qui parle pas francais qui à l'air de quelqu'un qui a pas dormis depuis 1 an... chambre qui sent l'humidité.

Worst Hotel in the Estrie
May 04, 2009Absolutely horrible. This is an aging relic that should have been torn down 10 years ago. It was THE place in Sherbrooke when Maurice Duplessis was Premier in the 50s, and not much has changed since then. Rude and disinterested personnel compound the problem. Barren, Ugly, and Dirty
April 21, 2008It's near the rail, if you travel that way, I don't, but even if I did I'd keep walking right past this place. There are transients surrounding the environs and the area was grimy. The room was bare. The phone couldn't call long distance. The bathroom was dirty. I didn't want to touch anything. Awful.

February 14, 2008We are seasoned travellers and have met our share of unfair/unjust hotel operators and I have never experienced such rudeness. Behaviour completely unacceptable for a hotel manager/owner. I sure wish we would have read tripadvisor before booking. We surely would have looked for somewhere else to stay!
