September 21, 2011The staff at the hotel were friendly & courtous. They were all bi-lingual in French & English. They made us feel right at home. The location was in the heart of the Old CIty of Quebec which enabled us to walk everywhere we needed to go.

June 23, 2010The hotels´s location is great, you´re within walking distance to every place that matters in the city. It´s located in a part of Ste Anne street that is only for pedestrians, so you have to walk with your lugagge for at least half a block, but it´s not a bad thing. You can go waling anywhere.
