12 août 2014This hotel has many ups and downs. For the positives it has a very nice and modern lobby and front desk, also the rooms are neat and updated, finally there is a free breakfast and a pool. Hôtel Quartier is conveniently located right off A-73 in the city of Ste-Foy about a 15-minute drive away to Old Quebec. It is located close to a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping centers several of which are within walking distance of the hotel.

12 août 2014A lot of the reviews capture the hotel well. I suppose it depends on what you are looking for. After a long drive, we were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk.
