Great location, well designed room, decent price, I would highly recommend it if you're planning on staying at a mid level hotel in downtown Ottawa.

It is a nice room... Small and the bathroom doors are really small. No place to put your shampoo and condition so on the floor of the walk in shower. Bed is comfy but beware... Maids come knocking around 8 am and continue till you finally leave. Even on day of checkout I had a maid come at 9 am. Not impressed with that on my vacation. Update- After filling out the customer satisfication survey and communicating with the manager, I was refunded 50% of the room rate paid!
Front Office Manager: Danny Ponte was very helpful and offered to take care of my stay personally should I ever come back to Ottawa.
