Perfect situation and excellent staff

Delightful hotel very close to city centre. Facilities in rooms excellent, very clean and well looked after. Charming and very helpful staff (opposite to the comments made in some reviews on Trip Advisor) - they really could not have been more helpful.

Our stay was motivated by the attendance of Mozart's '' Magic Flute '' at the Quebec Opera festival : the hotel was literally a stone-throw away from the '' Grand Théâtre ''and at leisurely walking distance from the Fine Arts Museum.

19 juillet 2018My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in June. Our room was fine but it was up quite a few flights of stairs and there is no lift. It was a bit awkward with two large suitcases, not much floor space... plus
