Magnifique
Extraordinaire. Cette chambre avec lit King, jettée en fourrure, canapé de cuir haut de gamme, bouteille de vin dans la chambre, mur de brique, immense salle de bain....une seule chose a dire : WOW !!! Le service aux chambre est également très efficace et les gens sont très polis.

What can you say about this hotel that my photos don't already? It is easy to see why this hotel is on AMEX Platinum list of fine hotels. Located in downtown Montreal, from the moment you enter you know you have arrived "home." A sitting area with tall bookcases on your right as you enter is the perfect place to unwind. We booked a superior junior suite king/550 square feet, which was to have a separate sitting area (and it did). Our 4th floor room (406) was fine, although a bit dark as it faced an office building and you could hear a low mechanical noise from outside. We decided to stay with the room thinking it would be dark and therefore good for sleeping and the white noise was much quieter than the... plus

Hotel le St-James was AMAZING.
I kept going back and forth between the Ritz and Hotel le St-James, and I'm so glad we picked this hotel. I wanted to be in the heart of things and I have to say that the hotel's location is perfect.
