“A great inexpensive home base in Montreal
April 13, 2012Hotel Saint Malo provided a great home base for our long weekend in Montreal. The rooms weren't large, but they were comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice, and spoke English as well as French. Parking available for $15 cdn per night in a closed garage across the alley. Close to St. Catherine shopping district, and just a few blocks away from a Metro stop.

“Not bad for the price.
April 13, 2012It wasn't the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but it wasn't bad for the price. The room was small, but clean. The staff was friendly enough. The free wireless internet was great! Be aware - they charge you $15 per night to park your car in their garage and parking on the street is virtually impossible. Hotel is close to the metro.
