This place is gorgeous, ritzy, expensive and amazing. I went to a christmas party there this past weekend and I had an fantastic time. The rooms are romantic and classy, the shower is to die for and the food is splendid.

We live in midtown Toronto but needed a get away close to home. We loved the hotel and the room decor. Breakfast was great. They think about everything. Only issue was how loud the street noise was given the location of a club across the street. Yikes! We were on the 9th floor and I still was awoken by the drunken clubbers at 2:30am. Booked a $500 suite and when we arrived at 4:30pm the room wasn't even ready (check-in time is 3pm). My wife and I had to sit waiting for 45 minutes in the lobby only to be told that the room was no longer available. We were then given a much smaller room with a queen size bed and were told that we were going to receive a refund for the difference in room price. We never received the refund.... more
