The hotel itself is nice. If you want to sleep its not happening. We have a lovley balcony room except No one informed us that the air Canada center would be blasting the sound from the giant tv all night long till 9am. Tried to put the tv on and it did not help at all! I can't believe this... more

Oh my god!!!!!!!!! What an awesome hotel!!! I have never stayed at a hotel with so much personality. Susan at the desk, Michael at the bar and all the rest of the staff, too many to mention but they did everything possible to make sure our EVERY need was taken care of. What a team.
