Sneaky little bugger that Gault. To the max boutique hotel tucked into a pretty nook of Old Montreal's prime quiet real estate. Service extraordinaire. J'ai passé une nuit là-bas avec ma femme (notre premier congé de bébé depuis l'accouchement) et ce fut génial. C'est beau, pas à stresser pour le stationnement, les chambres sont très biens et le personnels dès plus accueillants.

The Hotel Gault lived up to all the reviews I had read in guidebooks and online. Amazing modern design in an old building, very close to the Square Victoria metro stop, and super friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again.

The only downside to this hotel is struggling with suitcases up the front steps. Not a great beginning. Everything else is terrific. The Gault has one of the very few reception areas where you would want to linger, and the whole place is furnished with great taste - minimalist but warm and very comfortable.
