The worst service ever!/Le pire service jamais reçu par un hotel :(
May 09, 2012J'arrive à 11h00 pm après une longue journée avec ma fille de 2 ans et demie avec mon # de confirmation en main (Nous avions fait une réservation le mois précédent). Le monsieur à la réception m'annonce qu'il n'y a plus de chambre de disponible. Pour m'aider, il me donne la liste d'hotel de Québec en me disant : "bonne chance pour trouver un hotel ce soir!" J'étais absolument sidérée!Je demande... more

“Hotel Nord is HORRID RIPOFF
July 31, 2011- This is a Student Dorm operating with the word "hotel" in its name by mistake! - Air conditioning does not work & they will not repair - "breakfast" means coffee, clearance quality supermarket bread and fruit cocktail from a can - If you are to use transit, you will wait wait wait - Three floors NO elevator or staff to assist with baggage (one staff member does everything!). Although it was alittle out of the way from Old Quebec City, I was pleased with the friendliness of staff and the quiet,clean atmosphere. Free, secure parking was an added bonus.
