The desk clerk picked us up at the airport in a snowstorm, late at night with a smile on his face. Another employeee took us back to the airport in bad weather and stopped to mail some letters for us. We were able to get copies of our boarding passed in the office. Overall. the staff was very helpful. l.

older building needing upgrading.
18 novembre 2014not enough dishes, kitchen supplies, blankets kitchen needed upgrades - proper cupboard doors,,etc... bathroom sink not draining properly, needed plug for bathtub wireless not always working.
