In a lovely location, this is a good value for Quebec
July 29, 2009The hotel faces a wooded park next to the Chateau Frontenac; across the block of the park is the terrace overlooking the St. Lawrence River. Travelers using American-motel standards will be disappointed; so think French. Rooms are nicely decorated with high ceilings, but the floor area is minimal. The bed was comfortable. Good central location
August 24, 2008The location of the hotel, very near to the Chateau Frontenac and inside the old city's walls, was ideal. However, the accommodation itself wasn't perfect. There was no ice machine, and the one soda machine was broken at the time. There was a small continental breakfast, but seating was tight.
