October 18, 2011I booked two rooms for one night for September 20. I booked directly with the hotel and phoned the afternoon of the 20th to confirm that we would be checking in after midnight as our flight didn't arrive in Toronto until 11:55 p.m. After our bags arrived, we called for the shuttle. Great airport hotel
October 18, 2011I booked my relatives flying out but ended up staying too. Shuttle to the airport was convenient as it took as directly to the terminal. Knowledgeable and efficient staff is a plus. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Our room was very nice and clean. Furniture in the room were updated. Nice TV and comfy sofa.
