Je suis bien content de mon sejour ... Tout a bien ete ... Service, proprete etc ...je recommande.

J'ai réservé une suite de luxe au coût de 300$ pour une nuit, désormais le matelas était tres recourbé et de très mauvaise qualité, donc, nous avons très mal dormi. Tout le décor est beau, la salle de bain superbe, les à côtés, et le resto tres bien, le personnel courtois..; les matelas d'une suite dite deluxe devraient être deluxe également.
Résultat: la qualité et le prix ne vont pas de pairs à cet Hotel. Déception

Guests not safe
May 21, 2013Terrible service. We are under a boil water advisory in Montreal right now. "Management has decided that they will not provide guests with complimentary bottled water to brush their teeth". Sone guests are children. How much does bottled water cost? How much will a lawsuit cost if someone gets sick? We cannot BOIL water in a hotel room. As someone... more

Fantastic hotel!!!
May 19, 2013Was just getting back from a long road trip! The check in was fast, the staff friendly. The room was amazing!! Nice view, clean and spacy room!! Enjoyed the shower!!! Everything was perfect. A very nice hotel to discover. Will be returning in july!!

We stayed at an area that had recently been refurbished, so the room was brand new, the toilette had been redone and was very modern and trendy. We took a walk in the hotel and noticed other floors such as the first floor were not redone yet, and therefore looked pretty... more
