An excellent stay here for three nights for our family of five! Quiet hotel tucked into a side street but just minutes away from Petit-Champlain, Rue St. Paul, etc. The free continental breakfast is amazing, and the hotel even left us a bottle of champagne, chocolates and a nice note for our tenth wedding anniversary. Stylish and beautifully decorated and curated hotel with excellent amenities and service located on a quiet street in the lower town of Vieux Quebec across from the musee de civilization. There was unlimited capuccino and espresso in the lobby and self serve wine and after dinner drinks. Rooms were furnished like the common areas in contemporary but cozy design and were quiet with velvet drapes... plus

I won't lie, we had some issues with our reservation but the staff here couldn't have been more lovely and attentive. Especially Renee (the manager), Maxim, and Thomas. Just lovely lovely people who know how to make a guest feel welcome and know how to run a hotel. The location is great and the town is such a lovely winter getaway. Definitely recommend.
